1. Acceptance of Terms

All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Deposits typically process within 30 seconds to 5 minutes, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours for standard accounts and same-day for VIP Diamond tier members. Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500, and maximum withdrawal limits vary based on your VIP tier and payment method. All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and anti-money laundering checks. We reserve the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals, including proof of identity, proof of address, proof of payment method ownership, and source of funds documentation. Withdrawals must be made to payment accounts registered in your own name matching your 22jl1 account details.

3.3 Fees and Currency

22jl1 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment processors may impose their own fees, which are disclosed during the transaction process and are your sole responsibility. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Any currency conversion fees imposed by your bank or payment provider are your responsibility.

3.4 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

22jl1 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing policies in compliance with Philippine law. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account and to report suspicious transactions to appropriate authorities. You must wager deposited funds at least once before requesting withdrawal. Deposits and withdrawals used solely for money transmission purposes without genuine gaming activity are prohibited and may result in account closure and funds seizure.

4. Bonuses and Promotional Terms

4.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 22jl1 are subject to specific terms and conditions displayed at the time of the offer. Bonuses are intended for recreational players only and may not be abused. 4.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Typical wagering requirements range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus with 30x wagering requires ₱30,000 in total wagers before bonus funds and associated winnings can be withdrawn. 4.3 Maximum Bet Rules

While playing with active bonus funds, maximum bet limits apply. Unless specified otherwise, the maximum bet per spin or hand is ₱100 or 10% of the bonus amount, whichever is lower. Exceeding maximum bet limits while clearing wagering requirements will result in bonus forfeiture and voiding of associated winnings.

4.4 Bonus Expiration

All bonuses have expiration periods, typically ranging from 7 to 30 days from issuance. Unused bonus funds and uncompleted wagering requirements will expire at the end of the bonus validity period. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are automatically removed from your account balance.

5. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds: collusion with other players to gain unfair advantage; use of automated betting software, bots, or artificial intelligence; exploitation of software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities; card counting or other advantage play techniques in live dealer games; irregular betting patterns designed to manipulate bonus outcomes; and any other activity deemed by 22jl1 to constitute cheating, fraud, or abuse of our Platform.

5.3 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnect, or technical error, all affected bets and payouts are void. If a malfunction occurs after a game round has commenced but before completion, we will attempt to restore the game state. If restoration is not possible, the affected wager will be refunded to your account. We are not liable for any losses or missed winnings resulting from technical malfunctions, internet connectivity issues, or disruptions to our services.

6. Account Security and Responsible Gaming

6.1 Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You agree to notify 22jl1 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your account or any other security breach. We are not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to maintain adequate security.

6.2 Responsible Gaming Tools

We provide various tools to help you maintain control over your gaming activity, including deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), wagering limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods (temporary account suspension for 24 hours to 6 weeks), and self-exclusion (permanent or long-term account closure for 6 months to 5 years). Once set, deposit limits cannot be increased for 7 days. Cooling-off periods and self-exclusion requests take effect immediately and cannot be reversed until the designated period expires.

8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of 22jl1 shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail to resolve the dispute within 30 days, either party may submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with Philippine arbitration rules. The arbitration shall take place in Metro Manila, and the language of arbitration shall be English. You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against 22jl1.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

22jl1 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to: violation of these Terms; fraudulent or suspicious activity; failure to provide requested verification documents; abuse of bonuses or promotions; irregular betting patterns; use of prohibited software or techniques; insolvency or bankruptcy; or upon your request. Upon account closure, all pending bonuses and promotional funds will be forfeited. We will process withdrawal of legitimate winnings and deposited funds subject to completion of any pending investigations and verification procedures.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of 22jl1 is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time through your account settings, but you cannot opt out of essential service communications related to your account security, transactions, or changes to these Terms.

13. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. 14. Force Majeure

22jl1 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, labor disputes, internet service provider failures, power outages, cyberattacks, or any other force majeure events. In such circumstances, our obligations will be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event.
